Time type - custom distribution example?

Hi Folks
Does anyone have a TIME type - custom distribution example they can share please ?.
I am trying to generate a dataset for a retail use case that shows more data in the morning’s and lunchtimes with less data in the afternoons. Being able to apply a custom distribution to a column with type TIME like with a custom list would be super useful.
Anyone managed to do this ?.
